To place an order on this web site, simply browse the products until you find what you are
looking for.  If a product can be purchased, an "Add to Cart" button will appear next to the
product.  By clicking this button you can add as many items as you like into your cart before
clicking on the "Checkout" button to finalise your purchase.

from our friendly and professional staff.

Payment Methods

You have several options on how you can pay for your purchase. They include:

Credit Card:
We accept Visa Card and Master Card. We accept these details via our SECURE order page.

Direct Deposit:
Where we offer direct deposit as a payment option we will email you our direct deposit details on
confirmation of your purchase. We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made
before shipping your order.

Pay Pal:
You can also pay via PayPal for your purchase. You will be taken across to the PayPal site to enter
your credit card details.


Shipping and Timeframes

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.  Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated
by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, except to remote
areas or by special request.  A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. For this reason, a
work address is preferred to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. If no one is at home
to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office
or depot.

Order Processing and Shipping
We process orders Monday to Friday.  We use registered post for all deliveries and aim to process
and deliver your parcel within 7 - 10 working days of receiving your order.  


GST and Taxes

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown. The price shown is the price charged for
Australian customers.



We employ extensive security measures using secure encrypted links and proven encryption

Returns Policy 

Emotive Earth is committed to providing quality LED lights to our customers. If for any reason you are
not completely satisfied with any of your LED lights, please return them to us in their original condition
within 30 days of receipt and we will replace them or refund your purchase price, no questions asked.


  • The items must be in original condition with an undamaged box
  • You should allow 15 working days for your return to be received and processed and 
  • exchange item sent within Australia.

Notice: Please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a
problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging. This will avoid
additional postal charges to you.
