We supply high quality LED lights to customers across Australia. We make it easy by offering FREE shipping Australia wide for orders over $199!
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
You have several options on how you can pay for your purchase. They include:
We accept Visa Card and Master Card. We accept these details via our SECURE order page.
Where we offer direct deposit as a payment option we will email you our direct deposit details on confirmation of your purchase. We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made before shipping your order.
You can also pay via PayPal for your purchase. You will be taken across to the PayPal site to enter your credit card details.
Shipping and Timeframes
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $199. However, occasionally when the shipping cost to us is excessive so as to generate reasonable profit on the order, we reserve the right to ask you to pay extra shipping cost should you wish to proceed with the order. This can happen with unusually bulky items or delivering to very remote areas.
Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We can deliver to PO Boxes (Depending on the quantity and place of delivery). A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. If no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office or depot.

Order Processing and Shipping
We process orders Monday to Friday. We use registered post for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your parcel within 5 and 7 working days of receiving your order.
GST and Taxes
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown. The price shown is the price charged for Australian customers.

Emotive Earth is committed to providing quality LED lights to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied (this excludes change of mind) with any of your LED lights, please return them to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace them or refund your purchase price, no questions asked.
The items must be in original condition with an undamaged box
You should allow 15 working days for your return to be received and processed and
exchange item sent within Australia.
Notice: Please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging. This will avoid additional postal charges to you.
