Emotive Earth offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $199 or flat $19 shipping charge applies. However, occasionally when the shipping cost to us is excessive so as to generate reasonable profit on the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue full refund or will ask you to pay extra shipping cost should you wish to proceed with the order. This can happen with unusually bulky items or delivering to very remote areas.
We use registered post for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your parcel within 7 – 10 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. We can deliver to PO Boxes (Depending on the quantity and place of delivery).
A signature is required on receipt of your parcel. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. If no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office or depot.
Please note: Lights that have been installed cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund.
Exchange: We will exchange any goods purchased within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be in original condition in original packaging. If the goods are not in original packaging, damaged or vary from the condition they were supplied (e.g. pendants have been shortened or their length modified, or wiring has been cut in length) then We reserve the right to refuse exchanging the goods.
Change of mind: If you have changed your mind after you have purchased the items, We will exchange the goods to another item (provided goods are in original condition as stated in the above exchange notes) or provide a credit note to be used towards any future purchases.
If goods were purchased over the internet and delivery was charged. The delivery charge is not refundable and the goods need to be returned to Us or Our supplier at the customers cost. The goods will then be inspected to make sure they are in original condition for the exchange or store credit to apply.
Returning goods: You can return the goods back to Us or our Supplier. However the freight to return the goods for the above reasons will be at the customers cost.
